The performers, regardless of their fame, must pass a very difficult audition to become part of the show. They each posses great athletic skills which makes this show unique and entertaining at the same time.

Muscle Musical ‘s presentation of “Matsuri” returned to Las Vegas in the Summer of 2009 and it features exciting acrobats and energetic dancers, mixed with beauty and grace with just a touch of humor.

The latest version of "MATSURI" features the fascinating traditional Japanese culture of “Oiran”
"MATSURI", which means festival in Japanese, was first seen in Las Vegas in 2006 for a limited 2-month engagement. In 2007. “Matsuri” returned to Las Vegas for a 6-month engagement. The latest version of “Matsuri” returns with costumes designed by world-famous fashion designer Junko Koshino. Although “Matsuri” will feature traditional Japanese culture , it will also feature a twist with modern pop culture of Japan.
“’MATSURI" is created to be a highly energetic performance going back to the original concept where ‘Muscles play the Music’”, explains Ushio, the producer of the show.
Featuring audience participating original acts, all audience can join the cast of 18 members to be a part of all the heat and live action.
Audience members can feel the tension and excitement in every performance where the cast and crowd will become one.
